Before confirming a booking, we recommend reading the third-party operator’s own terms and conditions. Each provider has its own rules for changes, cancellations, and refunds. Some may allow you to cancel or modify a booking directly through Megabus Mexico or on their own website. If you change your trip, you may have to pay the difference in fare as well as any fees set by the transport operator. Megabus Mexico may also charge a small processing fee for handling changes or cancellations. These service fees are separate from the operator’s own fees and are non-refundable. We can’t guarantee that change, cancellation, or refund requests will be approved. These are always subject to the operator’s terms and conditions, which may include restrictions on how close to departure a change or cancellation can be made. Exchange rate changes can also affect the final refund amount for international bookings. Fraudulent tickets are never refundable or replaceable.
