Your agreement with Megabus Mexico is covered by the laws of the United States. If federal or state consumer protection laws give you extra rights, those rights will still apply. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this agreement.
Any legal issues or disputes related to Megabus Mexico will take place in Chicago, Illinois, unless the law requires a different location based on where you live. If you are considered a consumer under U.S. law, you can also make claims where you normally live.
Megabus Mexico is operated by Coach USA, Inc., a company registered in the United States.
